Thank you for shopping with Summerfield Collection™. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of orders placed through our website.

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are transmitted promptly to our fulfillment partners for processing. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or in the event of unforeseen operational delays.



2. Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.
Shipping costs are included in the purchase price. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

At this time, we ship within the United States only unless otherwise stated on our website.



3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Summerfield Collection™ does not guarantee specific delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a guarantee.



4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status using the provided tracking information.

If you do not receive tracking information within three (3) business days of placing your order, please contact us at Hello@summerfieldcollection.com



5. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Summerfield Collection™ is not responsible for:

  • Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

  • Orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address

Orders cannot be modified once submitted. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.



6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Summerfield Collection™ is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

  • Checking with neighbors or your local delivery office

Claims for lost packages must be filed directly with the carrier.
